When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose Standard Delivery Method or Expedited Delivery Method.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Shipping Method: USPS

Handling time: 3 - 5 Business Days

Shipping time: 8 - 12 Business Days

Delivery time = Handling time + Shipping time

Orders need to have a total of $49 or more to qualify for free standard shipping. If the order doesn't meet that threshold, customers will be charged $5.99 for shipping, after any promotions and discounts have been applied.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY:

Shipping Method: DHL

Handling time: 3 - 5 Business Days

Shipping time: 3 - 5 Business Days

Delivery time = Handling time + Shipping time

DHL shipping will be charged based on the number of items.

WHERE DOES Heatherprinting DELIVER?

U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If the customer chooses expedited shipping, we will not support PO Boxes delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3 - 5 business days period where your items will be dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
